- Description
- The Inter-American Foundation (IAF), through the Department of Treasury, Bureau of Public Debt, intends to award an indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity contract for audit services of IAF grantees in Brazil, resulting in time and materials and/or fixed-price labor hour task orders. Among the tasks the Auditor will perform are the following: conduct audits in accordance with the Generally Accepted Government Auditing Standards (GAGAS), and conduct orientation/initial assessments of grantees receiving IAF funds. The grant auditors must have a full time physical presence in Brazil, and have the ability to read, write and speak Portuguese on a professional level. The contract will be for a base period and four one-year option periods. Interested offerors may register at http://www.fedbizopps.gov to receive notification when the solicitation and any amendments are issued and available for downloading. Please note that the General Services Administration provides the notification service as a convenience and does not guarantee that notifications will be received by all persons on the mailing list. Therefore, we recommend that you monitor the FedBizOpps site for all information relevant to desired acquisitions. Descrição em português: A Fundação Interamericana (IAF), por meio do Departamento do Tesouro, Serviço da Dívida Pública, adjudicará um contrato de prestação sem prazo fixo e de quantidade indeterminada para prestação de serviços de auditoria de donatários da IAF no Brasil, resultando em ordens de tarefas por tempo e materiais e/ou por hora a preço fixo. Entre as tarefas a serem desempenhadas pelo Auditor figuram: fazer auditorias em conformidade com os Padrões de Auditoria Pública Geralmente Aceitos (GAGAS) e conduzir orientação/avaliações iniciais de donatários que recebem recursos da IAF. Os auditores de doações devem ter presença física em tempo integral no Brasil e ter a capacidade de ler, escrever e falar português em nível profissional. O contrato será adjudicado para um período determinado e para quatro períodos opcionais de um ano.
