Description

The Government intends to issue a Job Order against Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00030-11-G-0022 for the the supplies and services to modify, recertify and repair components of the Navigation System, and Support Equipment and support repair ofSWS Navigation Subsystem 4U Power Supplies at GDAIS Pittsfield, MA. Procurement effort will include the build, functional inspection and delivery of product by the vendor Wilorco. The contractor shall repair and return to Navy supply stock a quantity of 20 electronic modules. Negotiations will be conducted with General Dynamics Advanced Information Systems (GDAIS), Pittsfield, MA. GDAIS is the sole manufacturer of the TRIDENT (II) D5 Strategic Weapon System (SWS) Fire Control System and Attack Weapons Control System and the only source with the in-depth knowledge, expertise, and in-place capability to perform the required effort.
