Description

IBM Software License REQUEST FOR QUOTATION (R F Q) The National Institutes of Health (NIH) is seeking responsible offers in the form of qualified quotations from contractors capable of providing the following requirement to National Institute of General Medical Science (NIGMS): REQUIREMENT: IBM Software License DESCRIPTION: SEE THE ATTACHED REQUIREMENT DESCRIPTION NIH is only interested in receiving inputs tailored to the specifications of the attached description outline. Small businesses are encouraged to participate. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 511210. Contractors interested in satisfying this requirement shall submit offers in the form of capability statements no later than close of business July 6, 2011 Eastern Standard Time. The initial point of contact is Contact Keith Savage, Contract Specialist, NIH Office of the Director Contracts and Acquisitions Office. Responses to this RFQ will be emailed to savagekei@od.nih.gov. Contract terms and conditions of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 52.212-4 and 52.212-5 apply to the anticipated award where applicable and pertain to any award issued from this solicitation. The acquisition process will be in accordance with the authority of FAR Part 12 - Acquisitions of Commercial Items.
