Description

This project is to Remove Existing Metal Counter & Cabinet & Epoxy Floor in SPD Building 1, Room 231. The work must be phased to insure that SPD can remain in operation during work days. All work on the floor must be completed on the weekends, beginning Friday evening and ending Sunday evening to permit work to resume at 5 a.m. Monday morning. Contractor shall propose phasing and submit to the COTR for approval. Install a new resinous floor to match new floor in SPD in adjacent Clean Storage Room 227, the width of the doorway and the length of the wall. Install a stainless steel counter 144 inches x 30 inches with two integral sinks, each 28 inches x 16 inches x 11 inches deep. Replace existing 2'x4', two lamp fixtures with new 2'x4' 4 lamp, T8, fluorescent fixtures The ceiling in the room is drywall construction. ALL RFI'S ARE TO BE SUBMITTED IN WRITING NO LATER THAN : JULY 13, 2011 BY CLOSE OF BUSINESS DAY.
