The National Center For Education Evaluation (NCEE) of the Institute of Education Sciences (IES) within the U.S. Department of Education intends to award a contract to evaluate the relative impact on teacher practices and student achievement of teachers who choose different methods of teacher preparation and the relationship between their relative impacts and differences in teacher preparation.
