- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) FA4877-11-Q-0377 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). (iii) This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-52, Defense Circular 20110617, and Air Force Acquisition Circular 2011-0421. (iv) This procurement is being issued under NAICS code 333298. (v) The requested items are being purchased for AMARG on Davis-Monthan AFB. The contractor shall provide the following: Portable Paint Booth with Air Filtration System - Shall conform with all relevant OSHA, USEPA, NESHAP, and NFPA regulations. Paint booth shall have the following specifications: • Explosion safe internal lighting • Closely fits contour of C-130 wheel well area, both left and right side interchangably • Zero leakage of paint and paint fumes • Locking casters • Independent jack stands on each corner for leveling • Fire suppression unit IAW NFPA standards Air Filitration System shall have the following specification and perform these functions: • Provide enough ventilation to remove volatile organic compound (VOC) and overspray during paint operations within the paint booth • Conform to NESHAP regulations with three stage filter • Carbon filter to capture VOCs • VOC monitor • Filter Alarms • Automatic Fire Suppression IAW NFPA standards • Interface for automatic shutdown if filtration system fails which ceases painting operations • 2000 CFM filtration Training on use of booth for base personnel upon delivery - Three days of setup and training In your quote, please include the following: Design inculding drawings of booth. Specifications and capabilities of filtration system. Shipping costs and tax included in line item price. We will not have a separate CLIN for shipping/travel and taxes. Discount terms: ex. "NET 30" or "2% 20 days" Any other terms and conditions. Note: Quotes must plainly illustrate compliance with all specifications requested. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial, applies to this acquisition. (ix) 52.212-2, Evaluation -- Commercial Items applies. Quotes will be evaluated on technical acceptance and price. (x) Offerors must include a completed copy of the provision at, 52.204-8, Annual Representations and Certifications and submit with its offer. (xi) Clause 52.204-9, Personal Identity Verification of Contractor Personnel - contractor shall comply with agency personal identity verification procedures identified in the contract that implement Homeland Security Presidential Directive-12 (HSPD-12), Office of Management and Budget (OMB) guidance M-05-24, and Federal Information Processing Standards Publication (FIPS PUB) Number 201.
