- ***ESTIMATED ISSUE DATE OF COMPLETE SOLICITATION AND SPECIFICATIONS ELECTRONICALLY IN FEDERAL BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES IS JULY 6, 2011. *** The Contractor shall furnish the necessary personnel, material, equipment, services and facilities (except as otherwise specified), to perform the Statement of Work/Specifications. The project includes furnishing all technical expertise, labor, equipment, supervision, transportation, operating supplies and incidentals necessary to complete construction surveying, clearing and grubbing, culvert removal and replacement, excavation, aggregate and riprap placement, and hydraulic seeding and mulching associated with a deep fill culvert replacement. This project is located on the Hebo Ranger District of the Siuslaw National Forest, Lincoln County, Oregon. The Government estimate is between $100,000 and $250,000. A bid bond of 20 percent is required. A payment bond (100 percent) and a performance bond (100 percent) will be required after award. Contract performance time is 30 calendar days. Estimated start work date is August 1, 2012. Note: prospective awardee shall be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) data base prior to award. All contractors and vendors must complete the electronic version of the Representations and Certifications (Section K in Solicitations) in the ORCA system.
