- Wage Dermination No. 2005-2103 Rev 11 DRAFT 11-223-SOL-00119 Continuation DRAFT 11-223-SOL-00119 Draft Equipment List Buildings 31-32 Draft Equipment List Building 2 Draft Equipment List Building 1 The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) intends to procure and award an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract for Audio Visual Support for Conference, Meeting, and Training Facilities. This requirement will be a Competitive 8(a) Set Aside. The small business size standard for this solicitation will be NAICS 561210, $35.5M. It is anticipated that the contract will be awarded for a five-year ordering period with the period of performance from 10/24/2011 through 10/23/2016. In accordance with FAR 52.232-18, this requirement will be Subject to the Availability of Funds. Solicitation 11-223-SOL-00119 will be issued as a RFP and is estimated to be uploaded and issued on or around 07/05/2011. FDA is issuing this solicitation electronically only and no printed copies will be distributed. Interested parties may access the solicitation at the Federal Business Opportunities website at http://www.fedbizopps.gov. This site provides instructions for downloading the solicitation file. *** NOTE: Any prospective contractor MUST be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database (https://www.bpn.gov/ccr/default.aspx) in order to be eligible for award. Registration requires applicants to have a DUNS number from Dun and Bradstreet. Registration may take up to three weeks to process. Prospective contractors are recommended to register immediately in order to be eligible for timely award. Effective 1 January 2005, the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) requires use of Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) in Federal solicitations as part of proposal submission process. All prospective contractors submitting an offer in response to the subject solicitation must go to http://www.bpn.gov/ to add or update its ORCA record. Failure to do so will be considered non-responsive and will not be evaluated.
