Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, VA Medical Center, 718 Smyth Road, Manchester, NH 03104 intends to issue a Design/Build contract for new police offices in the existing library area. This project will correct security deficiencies and locate police operations in a single area versus spread throughout the medical center. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) CODE is 236220. The US Small Business Administration size standard is $33,500,000.00. The SOLICITATION date will be approximately July 1, 2011. The solicitation will be a Request for Proposal and will be issued as a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business set-aside. The project magnitude is between $250,000.00 to $500,000.00. The solicitation will result in a Firm Fixed Price contract. Firms must have a current registration with the Central Contractor Registration at http://www.ccr.gov and be verified by the Center for Veterans Enterprise at http://www.vetbiz.gov and have Certifications and Representations, ORCA, at http://orca.bpn.gov, for their proposal to be responsive. The entire solicitation, including the specifications, will be made available only via electronic media at http://www.fbo.gov. Paper copies will not be available. All interested parties are responsible for checking this website to ensure that they have the most current information.
