Wage Determination [For Info Only] Signature Page [Required if ORCA Certified] Reps and Certs Commercial [Required, return with Bid unless ORCA certified within the last year than just use attached Signature Page] 2011 BSR Package [Required, Return with Bid] PO Terms & Conditions [For Info Only] Statement of Work [For Info Only] Bid Sheet [Return with Bid Required] Provide all plant, labor, materials and equipment necessary to restore SW Hanger Door located at Bldg 199 Vance Air Foce Base to an operating condition in accordance with the attached Statement of Work. NOTICE: Only Bidders with prior work experience on hanger doors or similar will be considered. Notice: VAFB has a policy that all personnel doing projects on the base will be subject to a background check before they can commence work on the base. No work can be performed until project personnel are cleared. After Solicitation Issue it is Your Responsibility to Check the FBO site Frequently for possible Addenda or other Items that may affect the solicitation and the acceptance of your bid.
