- DOL111RQ20383 COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION (I) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation is attached. (II) This solicitation document is issued as a request for proposal (RFQ). Submit written proposals on RFQ No. DOL111RQ20383. (III) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-43 (Correction), dated July 23, 2010. (IV) This is a full and open procurement. The associated NAICS code is 541611. (V) This combined solicitation/synopsis is for purchase of the following commercial service: •§ CLIN 0001: Project Director (Base Period) •§ CLIN 0002: Assistant Director (Base Period) •§ CLIN 0003: Project Leader (Base Period) •§ •§ CLIN 1001: Project Director (Option Year 1) •§ CLIN 1002: Assistant Director (Option Year 1) •§ CLIN 1003: Project Leader (Option Year 1) •§ CLIN 2001: Project Director (Option Year 2) •§ CLIN 2002: Assistant Director (Option Year 2) •§ CLIN 2003: Project Leader (Option Year 2) (VI) Place of Performance: Washington, D.C. (VII) The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial, applies to this acquisition.
