Description

THIS SOLICITATION REPLACES PREVIOUSLY ISSUED RFP110012 AND IS BEING ISSUED UNDER THE SAME ANNOUNCEMENT. THIS SOLICITATION REPLACES SOLICITATION RFP110012, WHICH WAS PREVIOUSLY CANCELLED. The Architect of the Capitol (AOC) has a requirement for Waste Collection and Management for the U.S. Capitol. This project involves two options: (1) Waste Collection with Traditional Waste Management and (2) Waste Collection with Waste to Energy. A contract will be awarded using Lowest Price Technically Acceptable procedures.
