- THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial supplies prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Parts 12 and 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. A written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number M0026311T0064 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-52 Effective 31 May 2011, and DFARS Publication 20110608. This solicitation is set-aside 100% for Small Business. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 541430 and the small business size standard is $7 million. This acquisition is for the procurement of 396 custom designed, white, magnetic, dry erase boards of varying dimensions. Utilizing FAR Parts 12 and 13 procedures the Government intends to award one (1) firm fixed price contract for a total 396 custom boards to be shipped to seventeen (17) different locations within the 1st and 12th Marine Corps District Area of Operation (AOO). Note: The government reserves the right to split awards among responsible offerors to gain the best value for the government. The contract requirements for this procurement are outlined in Attachment 1. See Attachment 1 for all applicable contract requirements, provisions, and clauses. Award will be made on a Best Value basis as outlined in Attachment 1. Offerors responding to this announcement shall submit their quotations in accordance with FAR 52.212-1. Submission of quotes shall include all information required in the RFQ provided in Attachment 1. All responsible sources may submit a response which, if timely received, will be considered by the agency. Any/all questions on this RFQ shall be received by this office No Later Than June 23, 2011 at 1:00 PM EST. Question may be e-mailed to anthony.skinner@usmc.mil.
