- Statement of Work the Company will provide a service for a portable interoperable system of communications equipment which utilize the power and flexibility of the internet and Voice over IP (VoiP) technology to enable encrypted voice and data connections without the need for additional hardware. The communications system use any available connection to access the internet for voice and data connectivity without relying on any single system or communications provider. Any staff or employee will be able to conduct up to twenty simultaneous phone calls over a 3G cellular modem. Every call is secure, private and will have a superior sound quality. This communication system device is in an easily transported kit form so That they can be quickly delivered to individuals throughout different locations requiring assistance. If normal network infrastructure is unavailable the kit contains BROADBAND SATELITE SYSTEM to ensure connectivity beyond the incident site. This communications kit requires no technical support to set up and needs only ten to twenty minutes to begin working. This communication system should be simple, encrypted, interoperable, and portable and if network system is down the broadband satellite can be use. This system is also a server-free communications platform which allows users to interact in virtually any networked environment under any circumstances. This system provides users common set of tools such as: Text messaging, VoIP, Video over IP, and d file transfer designed to enable secure and trouble-free collaboration among rescue team members, associates, headquarters personnel, and any other relevant individual or agency-anytime, anywhere using any wireless or wired method of communication. Also, this system or solutions should meet all federal mandates prescribed by the Department of Homeland Security in the national emergency communication plan and SAFECOM Program and Secure program.
