This acquisition will be conducted using FAR Part 12, Acquisitions of Commercial Items and FAR Part 15, Contracting by Negotiation. All questions must be received by July 1, 2011, 3:00 PM Pacific Time. All proposals must be received by July 21, 2011, 3:00 PM Pacific Time.
