Description
U.S. GOVERNMENT SFO 9TX2772 The United States Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under lease in Laredo, TX that will be expiring. The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous. The Government will use the information it receives in response to this advertisement as a basis to develop a cost benefit analysis and to determine whether to compete the lease requirement or pursue a sole source justification to remain at its current location. In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternate space that potentially can satisfy the Government's requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunications infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime. The offered space must meet the Government requirements for Fire, Life-safety, Seismic and Handicapped Accessibility. Property located within a base floodplain (100 year floodplain) or wetland will not be considered. State: Texas City: Laredo Delineated Area: North: From the intersection of Interstate 35 and the Bob Bullock Loop 20 continuing in an easterly direction on the Bob Bullock Loop 20 and then a southern direction as the Bob Bullock Loop 20 continues to the intersection of Bob Bullock Loop 20 and Route 59. East: The Bob Bullock Loop 20 forms the Eastern boundary South: Starting at the intersection of Bob Bullock Loop 20 and Route 59 in a westerly direction of Route 59 to the intersection of Interstate 35 and Route 59 West: Starting from the intersection of Interstate 35 and Route 59 in a northern direction to the intersection of Interstate 35 and Bob Bullock Loop 20. Indicate whether or not quoted rental rate includes an amount for tenant improvement and state the amount, if any; - Date of space availability; - Method of rentable space measurement; - Building ownership information; - Amount of parking available on site and its cost. Include whether expected rental rates include the cost of the required Government parking, if any; - Energy efficiency and renewable energy features existing within the building; and - List of building services provided.
