- COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION (APPLE COMPUTER, MONITOR, SWITCH, MODUDLE, STORAGE ARRAY, HARD DRIVE, and SOFTWARES) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation/synopsis reference number HQ002811466601, is being issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ) and incorporates the following with the word "quoter" substituted for "offeror". This RFQ is advertise as a BRAND NAME or EQUAL. Provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-50, effective 16 May 2011 DFARS change Notice 20110518.
