- Description
- The Army Geospatial Center Contracts Office intends to award a Sole Source, Fixed Price, Contract to TerraGo Government at Carahsoft Technology Corporation for TerraGo Technologies software engineering services, under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c) (1) and FAR 6.302-1 (a) (2). TerraGo is the sole source that offers the services to create 809 3D GeoPDF files derived from NGA source data. The service utilizes the following workflow to deliver the 809 3D GeoPDF files: Conversion of provided sources to a 3D model/VRML format; Generate 3D PDF files via Adobe Acrobat Extended version 9; Utilize TerraGo's 3D Composer for Adobe Acrobat for geo-registration; Quality Control to verify spatial accuracy of a 3D model; Deliver 3D GeoPDF files via DVD organized by Country/Product. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed acquisition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The anticipated award date is 30 June 2011.
