High Sensitivity EMCCD Camera QUANTITY (1 ) EA 3. LM14B Sample Viewing Unit QUANTITY (1) EA, with the following features:Integrated blue laser (405nm) illuminationSlide-interlock sample viewing unitSample chamber with Luer inlet and outlet portsIntegrated temperature control. Peltier element PID feedback (15-55 degC; accuracy <1degC) 4.Computer control unit, pre-loaded with NanoSight NTA 2.0 Analytical Software Suite plus 22 flat display screen QUANTITY (1) EA 5. Polystyrene latex spheres in sizes 100,200 & 400 nm (stock solutions) QUANTITY (1) EA 6.Installation and Training QUANTITY: 1 CHARGE The Nanosight LM10-HS is the only commercially available particle analyzer that uses Nanopaticle Tracking Analysis (NTA) to size individual particles based on their diffusion coefficient, providing accurate, high-resolution sizing data by number distribution, as well as count/concentration measurements and visual confirmation of data analysis. This instrument can also be used for fluorescence measurements. As it provides a direct measurement, no calibration is necessary, although standards are available to verify performance. This is an absolute method, no refractive index or density information for particles is required to generate size distributions. The high-resolution data are obtained without the need for modeling or mathematical curve fitting. Interested firms with the capability of providing the required products are requested to submit a capability statement to assist the Government in determining in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 19.502-2(b) whether or not this procurement will be set-aside for any of the programs described above. The intended procurement will be classified under North American Industrial Classification (NAICS) code 334516 with a size standard of 500 employees. All respondents are requested to identify their firms size and type of business. Interested firms responding to this market survey must provide (a) capability statement demonstrating their experience, skills and capability to fulfill the Governments requirements for the above. The capability statement shall be in sufficient enough detail, but not to exceed seven (7) pages, so that the Government can determine the experience and capability of your firm to provide the requirements above. Two (2) copies of the capability statement must be received at the contracting office address: 6100 Executive Blvd, Room 5Z00, Rockville, MD 20852 - ATTN: Tina Robinson prior to 10:00 a.m. eastern standard time at designated location on June 24, 2011.
