Description

This project involves the contractor to provide for the routine and reocurring maintenance of the Forest Development Road System within the boundries and jurisdiction of the Six Rivers National Forest. Contractor will furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, and supplies, and perform all work required to maintain the facilities in accordance with drawings and specifications of the contract. The Contractor will assume all risk, loss, damage, or expense arising out of prosecution of the work, except as otherwise provided in the contract. Period of performance on this project is 1 year from date of award with an estimated start date of August 15, 2011. Multiple awards will be considered. Solicitation will be a request for proposal requiring both price and technical response to the evaluation criteria as shown in the solicitation which should be available for downloading on or about July 28, 2011.
