- Redacted J & A The contractor will accept 2 hydraulic cylinders delivered to their facility at 4700 LaBourget Dr. St. Louis Mo. 63134.Upon receipt of the equipment they will disassemble, clean and inspect the cylinders. The before said inspection will be documented and provided to the US Army Corp of Engineers. The CIMS device will be removed and also sent for testing. Subsequent findings of inspection that need to rectified will be quoted to the Government at additional coast. In the event no other deficiencies are found the cylinders will have new Rexroth factory seal kits installed and reassembled. Assembly guidelines will be to standard Rexroth tolerances, torques, and specifications. Following reassembly the cylinders will be tested to 3000 PSI and 120 degrees Fahrenheit. When all the testing is done the exterior of the cylinders will be painted with the proper Rexroth factory paint.
