Description

NAICS Code: 611699. This is a SOLE SOURCE PROCUREMENT, NOT AN RFQ. Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Bureau of Customs and Border Protection (CBP), U.S. Border Patrol, Yuma Sector Training Department, 4035 South Avenue A, Yuma, AZ 85365 intends to award a SOLE SOURCE firm fixed-price purchase order using Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 13 Simplified Acquisition procedures to DESERT STORM, LLC for training workshop that will provide information and "hands on" training to professionally and legally identify and apprehend individuals involved in numerous types of criminal activity that utilize various concealment methods. NO SOLICITATION DOCUMENT is available and telephone, fax, or email requests will not be honored. No contract will be awarded on the basis of offers received in response to this notice. A determination not to compete this proposed effort on a full and open competition basis, based upon the responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government.
