Description
PR No: IQC11151009033; This solicitation will contain 1 NSN for a Facemask. It is a head and face mounted support for night vision goggles. This solicitation is for award of an indefinite quantity contract with a base year with four one-year options. This is a critical item. The NSN and Minimum and Maximum quantities are as follows: NSN: 5855-01-246-6804 Approved Sources: Allied Materials and Equipment, CAGE 34500, P/N A3140690; L-3 Communications Corporation, CAGE 55311, P/N 207791-100 Guaranteed Minimum Quantity (base Year Only): 148 each Minimum per delivery order: 148 each Maximum per delivery order: 592 each Estimated Annual Quantity: 592 each Maximum Annual Quantity: 1,184 each Delivery: FOB Destination, Inspection/Acceptance at Destination, 144 days ARO. Surge requirements do apply. MWR is 27 each. This requirement is a sole source HUBZONE Set-Aside to Allied Materials and Equipment, CAGE 34500. The final contract award decision may be based on a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The anticipated issue date is on or about June 27, 2011. The anticipated award date is September 20, 2011. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within forty-five days (thirty days if award is issued under an existing basic ordering agreement) after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
