The primary objective of this task is an installed ERP HS capable of accommodating a diverse variety of enterprise-wide client-server applications, databases and web services supporting academic, military, management and administrative requirements unique to a military higher education environment. The contractor shall provide a contractor-developed performance based work statement, performance metrics, and quality assurance surveillance plan to guide the design-build effort. The performance-based performance work statement will state required outcomes specified by USNA ™s statement of objectives. The applicable NAICS code is 541512. The size standard is $25M. The FSC is D307. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which will be considered by FISC Norfolk, Contracting Department, Philadelphia Office. Upon its release the solicitation will be issued electronically and will be posted at Navy Electronic Commerce Online (NECO) and can be found at www.neco.navy.mil.
