- Fillable Bid Summary sheet Attachment 3 Attachment 2 Attachment 1 Request for Proposal This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; find attachment below. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). The intent of this solicitation is to obtain proposals for the use of remote sensing, geographic information systems (GIS), and global positioning system (GPS) technologies to provide timely and cost-effective monitoring methodologies to aid in the evaluation and development of management objectives on the Rio Grande National Forest's Saguache Ranger District. This project analysis area will include the streams in the Saguache Park Allotment, Mill and Middle Fork Carnero Creek in Southern Colorado. This solicitation is Set-Aside for 100% Small Business. The NAICS code for this project is 115310 and the small business size standard is $7 Million. Offerors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration Database located at http://www.ccr.gov in accordance with FAR 52.204-7, and must complete electronic representations and certifications at the ORCA database located at http://orca.bpn.gov. Offerors must include response to all evaluation criteria to be considered. All responsible sources may submit a proposal for consideration. The Offeror should have personnel with broad experience with the aspects of monitoring, management and improvements for rangeland/grazing management principles and practices.
