- THIS IS A MODIFICATION TO DECREASE THE QUANTITY OF THE GREEN CVC JACKET (ITEM 1) FROM 12,500 UNITS TO 7,350 UNITS. THE REQUIREMENT FOR THE TAN CVC JACKET (ITEM 2) IS CANCELLED IN ITS ENTIRETY. The revised quantity is as follows: Item 1: Jacket, CVC, Green NSN: 8415-01-074-9413 7,350 EA This procurement was issued as a Small Business Set-Aside. The item will be procured FOB destination to New Cumberland, PA and San Joaquin, CA. Applicable specification for the item is as follows: Item 1: Jacket, CVC, Green MIL-J-43924E dated 30 September 1991 Pattern Date: 12 February 1987 The PGC code is Item 1: 02285. Production lead-time is 180 days after date of award with 5 deliveries. Best Value/Source Selection procedures will be utilized. Offerors are to submit their technical proposals with documentation for the following technical factors: Product Demonstration Models (PDM), and Experience/Past Performance.
