Description

Notice of Intent to Award Sole Source. The U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, Office of Acquisition Management (OAQ/TE), Washington, DC 20536, intends to issue a sole source delivery order to JSI Telecom to purchase the following equipment: (1) Server Workstation, Site Manager Workstation, Recording Workstation, Archive Host, Other Workstations, CDR Workstations, Racks, Installation & Training for use with ICE-owned Title III Digital Collection Systems previously obtained from JSI Telecom. The Title III Digital Collection Systems use JSI proprietary software. This Notice of Intent is not a rquest for quotations or an announcement of forthcoming solicitation. However, all quotes received will be considered by the Government. All interested sources must respond in writing with clear and convincing evidence to support their ability to provide the equipment. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed order based upon response to this Notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. If no affirmative written response is received within five (5) days after publication of this notice, a sole source order will be issued to JSI Telecom.
