Description

THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS - NO SOLICITATION DOCUMENT IS AVAILABLE The Court Services and Offender Supervision Agency for the District of Columbia intends to issue a Sole source award to the Maryland / District of Columbia / Delaware Broadcasters Association in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The requirement is for the production of public service announcements (PSAs) and distribution of PSAs to its member broadcast stations for broadcasting. The service will be provided through the Broadcasters Association Non-Commercial Sustaining Announcement Program (NCSA). The NCSA is proprietary in nature and there is no commercial equivalent. This action will be conducted in accordance with FAR 12 and FAR 13. This synopsis is published for informational purposes only and is not a request for competitive offers. Any inquires concerning this requirement is to be submitted in writing to the Contracting Officer. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based on the response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement above or submit proposals via email only to Donna Fletcher at donna.fletcher@csosa.gov not later than 11:59 a.m. local time on June 16, 2011. The anticipated award date is June 17, 2011.
