Description

ATTACHMENT 4, WAGE DETERMINATION ATTACHMENT 3, APPENDIX C ATTACHMENT 2, DRAWINGS ATTACHMENT 1, SPECIFICATIONS SOLICITATION FA8501-11-R-0031 The WR-ALC/PK Contracting Squadron, Robins AFB, GA is issuing a solicitation for a Firm-Fixed Price contract to Design/construct a parking lot near building 215 at Robins AFB, GA. This acquisition will be set-aside 100% for HUB-Zone small business concerns IAW FAR Part 19 procedures. This acquisition is subject to the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 237310. This project consist of, but is not limited to, providing all tools, labor, materials, supplies, transportation and supervision necessary to design and construct a parking lot near building 215, Robins AFB. The contractor will also be responsible for re-configuring the existing parking lot, installing curbing and trees around medians, and installing construction erosion control measures as required. Work shall be performed in accordance with the Drawings and Specifications. The magnitude of this project is between $500,000 and $1 Million. This range does not reflect the actual estimated cost. Any questions in regards to this notice must be submitted in writing or via email to the Primary POC.
