Description
VISUAL INFORMATION (VI)/MULTIMEDIA & ENGINEERING SERVICES Sources Sought/Competitive 8(a) Set-aside The Department of Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM) is currently seeking approved participants in the SBA 8(a) Business Development program capable of providing all necessary management and technical support, that is of high quality, highly responsive to current and future customer needs, maximizes the effectiveness and efficiency of existing and future infrastructures, and has high service reliability and quick service restoration for the following services: a.Video teleconferencing (VTC) and desktop video teleconferencing b.Photo, graphics, and video production and editing support c.Engineering, design and maintenance support of VTC and multi-media systems d.Commercial TV media services and internal distribution support. Primary emphasis is given to services a. and b. above. The NAICS code for this requirement is 541512 (Computer Systems Design Services). This is a Sources Sought Notice only. This notice is in support of market research being conducted by INSCOM to determine potential sources capable of fulfilling all requirements associated with this requirement. The purpose of this notice is to gain knowledge of interest, capabilities, and qualifications of 8(a) firms who can support this commercial requirement as a prime contractor. No formal solicitation document exists at this time. This notice neither constitutes a Request for Proposal, nor does it restrict INSCOM to an ultimate acquisition approach. No contract will be awarded from this announcement and requests for a solicitation will not receive a response. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this announcement. Any information submitted by respondents to this notice is strictly voluntary.. Only approved 8(a) Business Development participating firms should respond to this Sources Sought Notice and are requested to provide INSCOM with capability statements, which need to include at a minimum: Name and address of company Point of contact name and phone number 8(a) Business Development Certification Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) Code Capabilities statement demonstrating the firm's ability not only to perform services described above, but also to manage, plan, staff, budget, schedule, and provide quality control throughout the contract period of performance Firm's experience in providing services identified above Firm should provide three examples of relevant past performance, which is defined as experience directly related to supporting and managing VI/multimedia-related requirements occurring within the past three years. Data should include applicable contract number, agency name, magnitude of the contracts, and any teaming/subcontract arrangements. All responses under this Sources Sought Notice shall not exceed 4 pages and must be e-mailed to INSCOMVIMULTIMEDIA@mi.army.mil Place of Performance: Within the local Washington, DC, metropolitan area, and could potentially be performed at any of the other 180 locations worldwide serviced by INSCOM (both CONUS and OCONUS) if required.
