Description

Records & Information Management Solicitation This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and an electronic written solicitation is attached. The Federal Trade Commission is seeking proposals from bidders/and or contractors to provide Records and Information Management services to the agency. This is a Request for Proposals (RFP); the contractor shall provide the provision of professional staffing prepared to address the full range of Records and Information Management Services for the agency, employing tact, customer service, and extensive computer and information handling skills, including but not limited to, the tasks and processes. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. This solicitation is 100% full and open competition and we anticipate an award of a fixed price contract. The NAICS code is 541519. The provisions of 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition and a statement regarding any addenda to the provision. The Provision of FAR Part 52.212-2, Evaluation - Commercial items, applies to this procurement. (a) The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offerors whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered.
