- Contract Terms and Conditions This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation RFQ-OIG-11-0008 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). Solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-50. The NAICS code is 511210 and the size standard is $25.0. This is set aside 100% small business. CorasWorks Solutions Platform v11 - Federal Edition Qty: 1 Premier Annual Support & Maintenance for v11 Platform Qty: 1 CorasWorks Solution Platform v11 - Distance Learning Class Qty: 2 CorasWorks Professional Services - Builder Services Qty: 40 hours This is a brand name requirement The Bureau of the Public Debt on behalf of the Treasury Office of Inspector General (Treasury OIG) is contracting to acquire CorasWorks Solution Platform v11 and Support & Maintenance. Period of Performance is Date of Award through month 12. Delivery address is 740 15th Street, Suite 510, Washington, DC 20220. The provisions at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Items (JUN 2008), applies to this acquisition. Addenda to this provision are attached. The provisions at 52.212-2, Evaluation - Commercial Items (JAN 1999), applies to this acquisition. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: Lowest Priced, Technically Acceptable.
