- IQC11126009027. This is an Indefinite Quantity Contract solicitation for one NSN. This IQC will consist of the following NSN: 1615-01-194-2476, Cam Assy, IAW Sikorsky (CAGE 78286), drawing 70105-08151-046 Rev 'G' dated 26Jan00, p/n 70105-08151-046. Approved source: TEK Precision (CAGE 65780). FOB Destination to be cited on each order delivery order. This is not a Critical Safety Item as of June 7, 2011. Surge is not required. Base period is 12 months. Option to extend terms of contract is 48 months, in 12-month increments, duration of contract period 5 years. Estimated Annual Demand is 420 each. Possible stock locations include but are not limited to: Stockton, CA and New Cumberland, PA. Origin Inspection is required. This is a Critical Application Item and a Flight Safety Critical item. Configuration Control and Export Control apply. Contractor First Article and Contractor Production Lot testing apply. Requested delivery for production units is 180 days AFAA or best possible. This procurement is being solicited as an Unrestricted procurement. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies. Other than Full and Open Competition applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. A paper copy of this Solicitation will not be available to requestors. Anticipated issue date is June 22, 2011. The solicitation will be posted on DIBBS at http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil and will close on or about July 22, 2011.
