- The General Services Administration, Federal Acquisition Service, Fleet Program has a requirement for vehicle preparation and inspection, sometimes referred to as "Marshalling Services". These services are defined as the receiving, inspecting, and assigning of either new or used vehicles; completing an industry accepted condition report for each vehicle determined to be sold on location; providing digital pictures for items to be sold on location; posting item placards on vehicles to be sold on location; managing sale inspection; and releasing vehicle(s) to successful purchaser after ensuring full payment has been consummated. These marshalling service requirements will vary depending on whether the vehicles are new or used, and whether the vehicle will be offered for sale at the marshalling/vendor location. This soliciation will be avialable on or about June 13, 2011. To all interested parties this solicitation will be available on this website.
