- The Sources Sought posted 31 May 2011, for DUSA Advisory and Assistance Services, has hereby been amended to include responses to questions received from industry. The questions and responses are as follows: Question: 1.How many people to fulfill requirement? Response: This is a performance based requirement. Level of effort must be consistent with offeror's technical approach. Question: 2.Specific skill sets or certifications desired/required? (Six Sigma, PMP, Auditor, Degrees etc) Response: Please see MINIMUM requirements listed in the sources sought. Question: 3.Security clearance requirements? Response: Please see original Sources Sought. Question: 4.Who is the prime? Response: Please see Sources Sought mod issued 2 June 2011. Question: 5.When does current contract expire? Response: Please see Sources Sought mod issued 2 June 2011. Question: 6.Contract length? Response: Please see original Sources Sought. Question: 7.Understand from yesterday's mod that there is no incumbent, but is there a contractor performing similar work for Office of DUSA, if so please provide the contractor's name and contractor number? Response: This is a new requirement in support of Army FM&C. DUSA has no current contract vehicles in place for such support. Question: 8.Is the Office of the DUSA currently using another contract vehicle to acquire their advisory and assistance services, if so who is the contractor and the name of the IDIQ Vehicle? Response: This requirement is in support of Army FM&C. DUSA has no current contract vehicles in place for such support. Question: 9.What office/branch/section in the Office of the DUSA is the COTR for this opportunity? Response: The COR will be identified in any resultant RFP that is issued for this requirement. The COR will be a member of DUSA staff. Contractors are responsible for all costs for submitting their capability packages.
