- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation number W9127Q-11-T-0018 is issued as a Request for Quotes. The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-51. This solicitation is unrestricted. NAICS is 423860. Small Business Standard is 100 employees. CLIN 0001: AH-64 250 HOUR INSPECTION KIT, 4 EA. See Attachment A for a complete list of parts per kit. See Note 1 for packaging requirements. All kits must conform to the Technical Manuals listed in Note 2 CLIN 0002: AH-64 500 HOUR PHASE KIT, 4 EA. See Attachment B for a complete list of parts per kit. See Note 1 for packaging requirements. All kits must conform to the Technical Manuals listed in Note 2 CLIN 0003: CH-47D 200 HOUR CSP KIT, 4 EA. See Attachment C for a complete list of parts per kit. See Note 1 for packaging requirements. All kits must conform to the Technical Manuals listed in Note 2 CLIN 0004: CH-47D 400 HOUR CSP KIT, 4 EA. All kits must conform to the Technical Manuals listed in Note 2 Note 1--The items in the kit need to be labeled and packaged by Stock Number. The Phase kits need to be labeled and packaged by Stock Number and by Inspection Area. Note 2--The Technical Manuals for the Phase inspections: TM 1-1520-238-PMS Phased Maintenance Inspection Checklist AH-64 250/500 Hour TM 1-1520-240-PMS2 Cycle Service Program Intermediate Inspection CH-47D 200 Hour TM 1-1520-240-PMS3 Cycle Service Program Inspection CH-47D 400 Hour Place of Delivery will be MS ARNG TASMG, Hangar 1 Hewes Ave; Gulfport, MS 39505-3349 Include all applicable fees, including delivery (prepay & add is not acceptable); warranty information; and estimated delivery time, if different than requested.
