- REQUEST FOR INFORMATION - SAQMMA11I0010 DISCLAIMER This is a US Department of State Request for Information (RFI) only. This request is for informational purposes only and does not commit or obligate the Government or the respondent in any way. No purchase or procurement will be made based on the responses received in response to this RFI. The Government makes no assertion or indication that any solicitation or contract action will be issued in relation to this RFI. EQUIPMENT SPECIFICATIONS The US Department of State requests information; including available technology specifications, pricing, and delivery lead times, for a black and white copier that meet the specifications below. • Dual voltage or available in 110V AND 220V • Standard copier specifications (i.e. collation, automatic 2-Sided/Duplex, ADF) • Rated Speed of at least 50ppm • Office Finisher • NO Hard Drive, volatile RAM is acceptable and preferred • Stand (Base) • Stand alone - No network connectivity • Not a Multi-Function • Not a desktop model • Must include at least a 6 month warranty, preferably 1 year. • TAA Compliant SPECIAL PACKAGING REQUIREMENTS The respondent should be able to package the copier unit for shipment overseas. CONTRACT AVAILABILITY The respondent should state whether the equipment suggested is (a) already available on a General Services Administration Federal Supply Schedule (GSA FSS) contract, (b) could be made available on a GSA FSS contract within an expedited timeframe, (c) could be made available on a GSA FSS contract within an extended timeframe, or (d) could not be made available on a GSA FSS contract. The respondent should support its assertion [whether (a) through (d)] with a brief narrative.
