Description

The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) intends to procure services to Haul and Install Mobile Homes for FEMA's Individual Assistance Program in support of disaster operations in various counties in the State of Arkansas. This requirement is a local set-a-side for small business firms residing or primarily conducting business within the State of Arkansas as authorized by the Robert T. Stafford Disaster Relief and Emergency Assistance Act and FAR Subpart 26.2. The NAICS Code for this requirement is 484220; small business size standard is $25.5M. A meeting will be held on June 7, 2011 at 1PM local time at the following address: FEMA 7400 Scott Hamilton Dr. Little Rock, Arkansas 72209 The purpose of the meeting is to brief local firms/potential Offeror's on the requirement, respond to questions, and to issue the Request for Proposal (RFP). Due to the Urgency of this requirement, there will be a very short turn-around time for submitting proposals. Local firms wishing to submit a quote/proposal are HIGHLY encouraged to attend this meeting.
