Description

The Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC) intends to make a sole source award to eVestment Alliance, LLC., 4994 Lower Roswell RD., Marietta, GA, 30068-5647. The eVestment Alliance will continue to provide a subscription agreement for eASE Analytics Calculation Document. The Contractor must provide PBGC the annual subscription access renewal for a period of one base year with 1 Option year. eVestment Alliance, LLC. is the sole source to provide the comprehensive investment manager data base with a user interface utilizing drop-down menus that is easy to learn and use. Awarding to any other source would result in substantial duplication of cost to the Government that is not expected to be recovered through competition An interested party may e-mail a written capabilities statement with sufficient experience for these required services, which shall not exceed 3 pages in length. This is not a Request for Quote (RFQ), but a Notice of Intent. Interested parties may submit their capability statement, and qualifications for the provision of this service, which may or may not be considered by the agency via e-mail to durden.lawrence@pbgc.gov (no later than June 6, 2011, 9 AM Eastern Time) This is not a Solicitation, but a Notice Of Intent. No Solicitation will be issued.
