NSN(s) 4710-01-105-1392 Estimated Yearly Quantity 134 Unit of Issue: EA ITEM DESCRIPTION FOR PR: IQC11046009062 TUBE ASSEMBLY, METALLIC. #2 ENGINE STARTER DUCT. MIL-STD-2219 CLASS "B" I/L/O MIL-W-8611 ADEQUATE DATA FOR THE EVALUATION OF ALTERNATE OFFERS IS NOT AVAILABLE AT THE PROCUREMENT AGENCY.THE OFFEROR MUST PROVIDE A COMPLETE DATA PACKAGE INCLUDING DATA FOR THE APPROVED AND ALTERNATE PART FOR EVALUATION. CRITICAL APPLICATION ITEM SIKORSKY AIRCRAFT CORPORATION (78286) P/N 70306-10013-042 SENIOR OPERATIONS LLC (98769) P/N 70306-10013-042 All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. The subject requirement is for acquisition of 1 NSN. This proposed procurement includes an item within the Federal Supply Class 4710. The requirement will result in an award of an Indefinite Quantity Contract for which delivery orders may be placed for one (1) basic year with the possibility of extending up to four option years. The solicitation will be available in FedBizOpps on or about 20 June 2011 at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP/. The scope of this contract includes the acquisition of a 1/C coded item. The 1 implies the item has been screened and found to be already competitive. The C AMSC code indicates contracting from approved source. The delivery for this acquisition will be on an FOB Destination basis. The inspection/acceptance is at DESTINATION. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract one or more times at the discretion of the Government. The total duration (base plus option years) shall not exceed five (5) years. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, and past performance evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
