- General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Roseland City: New Jersey Delineated Area: North: Starting at the northern most end of Eisenhower Pkwy, SW on Eisenhower Pkwy. to I-280; SE on I-280 to Passaic Ave.; NE on Passaic Ave. to Harrison Ave., SE on Harrison Ave.; continue SW on Eagle Rock Ave. to Prospect Ave. East: SW on Prospect Ave. to Mount Pleasant Ave.; South: W on Mount Pleasant Ave. to Eisenhower Pkwy. West: NE on Eisenhower Pkwy to the point of origin. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 22,534 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 23,661 Space Type: Class A Office Parking Spaces (Total): Per Local Code Parking Spaces (Reserved): 0 Full Term: 10 Years Firm Term: 5 Years Option Term: None Additional Requirements: · Offered space must have a minimum for 4,229 ANSI/BOMA Office Area available on the first floor to accommodate an assistance center that services the public. · Offered space must be in close proximity to public transportation. · Routine cleaning and maintenance service must be provided during the hours of 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with the exception of federal holidays. · Interested parties must provide the name of the building, address, location of available space, rentable square feet offered, and contact information of authorized representative. · In cases where an agent is representing multiple ownership entities, written acknowledgement and/or permission to represent multiple interested parties for the same submission must be provided. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. The proposed leased space shall be fully serviced. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.
