Description
The Department of Interior, National Park Service, Grand Teton National Park, are seeking interested sources that can provide all labor, supervision, equipment, supplies, services, permits, licensing, and transportation to accomplish Veeder- root and Gasboy relocation and upgrades at Grand Teton National Park: Provide all labor, equipment, materials, supervision, quality control and safety to: (1) Colter Bay; Relocate the Veeder-Root WPLLD TLS 350 Series console and alarm/s from the old maintenance building to the office in the new maintenance building.Existing new conduit from the pumps to the office is available for use. Upgrade the Veeder-Root system to the most feasible current technology so it can be accessed from any/all (Grand Teton National Park) GRTE network computer. The new version shall record all the same data as it currently records. Relocate Gasboy, Series 1000 Fleet fuel management system with Key system from plumbing building to new maintenance building (preferably office). Upgrade Gasboy system with the most feasible current technology from an existing short haul modem to a computer network link so it can be accessed from any/all GRTE network computer. The upgraded version shall record all the same data as it currently records. Dispatch of fuel and information recording must be continuously available (2) Moose Headquarters Upgrade Veeder-Root, WPLLD TLS 350 Series Console and alarm system/s with the most feasible current technology. Make Veeder-Root readable from any /all GRTE network computer and continue to provide all data it currently collects for reports. Upgrade Gasboy with the most feasible current technology from short haul modem to computer network link to be readable from any/all GRTE network computer and continue to provide all data it currently collects for reports. Dispatch of fuel and information recording shall be continuously available.Location of the Gasboy and Veeder-root alarm and network connections and cabling shall be determined by the current construction project. Any abandoned wires shall be removed to a junction. All remaining wires shall be labeled. Emergency shutoffs shall be accessible on the outside of the buildings. Veeder-Root reports shall be accessible to the network computers at Moose Headquarters building. Veeder-Root system shall also monitor and report on the Heating Oil tank behind the old visitor center building to the west of the large Moose headquarters building. Gasboy reports shall be available to any/all GRTE network computer including the new maintenance building office unit. If the integrity of the tank/s is jeopardized the alarm shall make persons aware until manual shutoff. Contractor shall coordinate with GRTE IT to complete the successful network operations.All work and devices shall be in full compliance with Wyoming Dept. of Environmental Protection and the Wyoming Department of Transportation and all applicable codes and regulations. Gasboy is currently using DOS software and is reporting to one dedicated computer in a relatively close proximity. It also uses the PC/Fleet Key system. The current Gasboy is rated 120 volt AC-130 VA max or with printer-222 va max. Serial number is available. Performance shall be tested and meet all specifications in all reasonably expected environmental conditions, i.e. minus forty to +100 degrees Fahrenheit, very dry to very humid conditions and all combinations thereof. Tests shall be performed and successfully completed demonstrating compliance including all connections for the Contracting Officer before acceptance. All required training shall be given to the Government for maintenance and upkeep. Any and all Operation and Maintenance Manual shall be completed and submitted to the Contracting Officer in triplicate with a CD Rom of CADD drawings for updating potential. The NAICS code for this procurement is 333911, with a size standard of 500 employees. Contractors having capabilities necessary to meet or exceed the stated requirements are invited to provide company information in the format of a narrative that demonstrates technical understanding, past performance and experience to Martin D.
