- Delineated Area Map The United States Government Seeks to Lease Office/Light Industrial Space Atlanta, Georgia Requirement: The U.S. Department of Agriculture is interested in leasing approximately 16,000 rentable square feet of office/light industrial space in Atlanta, Georgia. The space will be used for a USDA Plant Inspection Station and requires easy access to the Atlanta Hartsfield Airport. The space must be available for occupancy within 18-24 months. The delineated area is as follows: From the North: At I-85 and Central Ave to I-75 N to Oak Drive, then Southeast to Ruby Harper Blvd to Southside Industrial Parkway; then South on Jonesboro Road to East on Conley Road, then South on Hendrix Drive to Southeast on West Street; then West on Monty Industrial to South on Old Dixie Hwy (US 19/41); then East on Morrow Road to West Lees Mill Road; Then South on Clark Howell Hwy to East on Rock Hill Drive to North on Walker Road; then East on Forest Parkway to North on Clark Howard Hwy to Airport Loop Road; then North on Bobby Brown Parkway to Central Ave. (See Attached Map) Other applicable requirements include: - A loading dock is required - 12 onsite secured parking space for Government vehicles is required - Employee parking, 21 spaces, must be located onsite or within two blocks of offered space. - The offered space must meet Government requirements for Security, Fire Safety, and Handicapped Accessibility. - The building must achieve Energy Star Label prior to award in accordance with EO13423 and USEPA Energy Star Guidelines. - The space must be built out to LEED Silver Commercial Interior This is an inquiry for available space and is not to be construed as an invitation for bid.
