- Description
- SOL-497-11-000007 The United States Government, as represented by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) Mission to Indonesia, is seeking proposals from qualified organizations interested in providing the services described in the attached solicitation. Proposals will be accepted from U.S. or non-U.S. Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs), private, for-profit and non-profit organizations, including universities, research organizations, professional associations, and relevant special interest associations. Faith-based and community organizations are also eligible for award. In support of the Agency's interest in expanding the number and sustainability of development partners, USAID encourages proposals from potential new partners. Under this program, The Contractor shall provide Government of Indonesia (GOI) with technical assistance, training and related resources necessary to improve the quality of teaching. In order to ensure sustainability of improved teaching and learning, the Contractor shall assist GOI at the national, provincial and district levels to improve data-based decision making, communication and coordination. The Contractor shall support in-service training providers to systematize and provide reliable training for district and school administrators and supervisors on school management, financial analysis and governance so that necessary resources will be available to continuously improve teaching and learning. The Contractor shall support better coordination between all levels of government to that end.
