- The Federal Bureau of Prisons, TDAT Contracting Office, Washington, D.C. is seeking quotes from sources having the ability to provide community-based outpatient substance abuse treatment services and mental health treatment services, within a 5 mile radius of 141 N. W. 1st Ave., Daniah, FL 33004 and shall be accessible to local public transportation. Performance periods under this contract will be for a one-year base period estimated to begin on October 1, 2011 with four (4) one-year option periods, with service ending (if all options years are renewed) on September 30, 2016. The services required for this contract include a Base Year, Option Year One, Option Year Two, Option Year Three and Option Year Four, respectively. Base Year: Estimated number of inmates 58: Intake Assessments (one per inmate) for 5 inmates = 5 assessments; Individual Counseling Sessions ( 30 minutes = 1 unit) 48 units (per inmate) x 58 Inmates = 2,784 units; Group Counseling Sessions (30 minutes = 1 unit) 72 units (per inmate) x 58 Inmates = 4,176 sessions; Family Counseling Sessions (30 minutes = 1 unit) 20 units (per inmate) x 5 Inmates = 100 sessions; Psychiatric Evaluation & Report (one per inmate) for 20 inmates = 20 Evaluations; Mental Health Intake assessment and report (one assessment and report per inmate) for 5 Inmates = 5 Reports; Mental Health Individual Counseling 48 units per inmate for 20 inmates = 960 units; Medication Monitoring 6 visits per inmate for 20 inmates = 120 Monitorings. Option Year One: Estimated number of inmates 64: Intake Assessments (one per inmate) for 6 inmates = 6 assessments; Individual Counseling Sessions ( 30 minutes = 1 unit) 48 units (per inmate) x 64 Inmates = 3,072 units; Group Counseling Sessions (30 minutes = 1 unit) 72 units (per inmate) x 64 Inmates = 4,608 sessions; Family Counseling Sessions (30 minutes = 1 unit) 20 units (per inmate) x 6 Inmates = 120 sessions; Psychiatric Evaluation & Report (one per inmate) for 25 inmates = 25 Evaluations; Mental Health Intake assessment and report (one assessment and report per inmate) for 7 Inmates = 7 Reports; Mental Health Individual Counseling 48 units per inmate for 25 inmates = 1,200 units; Medication Monitoring 6 visits per inmate for 25 inmates = 150 Monitorings. Option Year Two: Estimated number of inmates 70: Intake Assessments (one per inmate) for 7 inmates = 7 assessments; Individual Counseling Sessions ( 30 minutes = 1 unit) 48 units (per inmate) x 70 Inmates = 3,360 units; Group Counseling Sessions (30 minutes = 1 unit) 72 units (per inmate) x 70 Inmates = 5,040 sessions; Family Counseling Sessions (30 minutes = 1 unit) 20 units (per inmate) x 7 Inmates = 140 sessions; Psychiatric Evaluation & Report (one per inmate) for 31 inmates = 31 Evaluations; Mental Health Intake assessment and report (one assessment and report per inmate) for 9 Inmates = 9 Reports; Mental Health Individual Counseling 48 units per inmate for 31 inmates = 1,488 units; Medication Monitoring 6 visits per inmate for 31 inmates = 186 Monitorings. Option Year Four: Estimated number of inmates 85: Intake Assessments (one per inmate) for 9 inmates = 9 assessments; Individual Counseling Sessions ( 30 minutes = 1 unit) 48 units (per inmate) x 85 Inmates = 4,080 units; Group Counseling Sessions (30 minutes = 1 unit) 72 units (per inmate) x 85 Inmates = 6,120 sessions; Family Counseling Sessions (30 minutes = 1 unit) 20 units (per inmate) x 9 Inmates = 180 sessions; Psychiatric Evaluation & Report (one per inmate) for 47 inmates = 47 Evaluations; Mental Health Intake assessment and report (one assessment and report per inmate) for 13 Inmates = 13 Reports; Mental Health Individual Counseling 48 units per inmate for 47 inmates = 2,256 units; Medication Monitoring 6 visits per inmate for 47 inmates = 282 Monitorings. The services shall be in accordance with the Federal Bureau of Prisons Transitional Drug Abuse Treatment (TDAT) Statement of Work dated April 2011-No Master's Required.
