- Specifications List This is a Sources Sought Notice. This is NOT a solicitation for proposals, proposal abstracts, or quotations. The purpose of this notice is to obtain information regarding the availability and capability of qualified Vendors. Your response to the information requested will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method. If your company is able to provide the requested hardware/software products identified in this Notice, submit a capability statement for consideration. Interested parties are expected to review this Notice to familiarize themselves with the requirements of this contract. A determination by the Government to make an award based upon the responses to this Notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Background: The Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) Special Programs Division (CXQ) has a requirement for IT Network Operations Center Infrastructure Build-up. The program requires the equipment associated with this procurement to execute the next phase of IT build-out in order to manage anticipated data ingestion ability. The software and hardware specified in this procurement consists of client and server based products to support the current phase of the build out plan. Period of performance for this requirement is to have delivery of equipment within 30 days of contract award with one-year licenses, maintenance and support. The contractor shall provide follow-on maintenance for purchased hardware for up to 3 years. The contractor shall complete and turn over to DTRA any manufacturer warranty, maintenance, and support documents. Purpose and Objectives: The Special Programs Division requires a high-end information technology (IT) solution (hardware and software) and will be executed in planned development phases. Need IT ability to use multiple tools to gather many data fragments from various databases and sources, and then sort, prioritize, and show relationships between those inputs in order to present a credible bigger picture of trends or outcomes. Approximately 73(number may change) specific pieces of hardware and software are required. The items are grouped within the following subsets: •· Server infrastructure/SAN(Storage Area Network) Capability additions •· Network redundancy(backup)/Server access switches/Port additions •· Operational software and support •· Secure telephones and cabling (NSTS/VOIP) •· Workstations and peripherals •· Information assurance software (and hardware) Capabilities: Interested parties should submit a tailored Capability Statement that demonstrates the ability to provide some or all of the products indicated on the attached specifications list. The Government reserves the right to solicit quotes based on the ability to provide all or some of the products required. Responses: Offerors possessing the requested capabilities to provide the products stated in the attachment are invited to provide information to contribute to this market survey/sources sought. Interested offerors should address within their electronic responses the following: •1. Company name, address, point of contact, telephone number, email address, business size and small business status such as disadvantaged, 8(a), HUB Zone, Woman Owned, Minority Owned, and/or Service Disabled Veteran Owned. •2. Ability to provide products under Federal Supply Schedules- GSA, NASA SEWP, NIH or ESI BPA. Responses shall not exceed six (6) pages single sided pages including attachments, charts, etc. (single-spaced, 12 point font minimum) that clearly details the firms' ability to provide the products required in this notice.
