- The purpose of this amendment is to extend the due date for submission of proposals until Wednesday, June 1, 2011 at 3:00 p.m. The release of a response to questions submitted has been delayed. The Government anticipates the release of an amended RFP and a response to questions on Monday, May 23, 2011. Thank you for interest. =================================================== This is a combined synopsis/solicitation to obtain access to outpatient prescription and patient level drug utilization data utilizing the procedures set forth in FAR Parts 12 & 15. A detailed description of the required services is provided in Attachment 1 to the RFP.
