- Description The United States Government desires to lease approximately 1,100 usable square feet of airplane hangar and storage space and 1 reserved parking space. The delineated area is: CITY : Indianapolis, Indiana vicinity (floodplain, wetlands, EO 12072, EO 13006, etc.) Northern Boundary - Interstate 65 to Interstate 465 to Interstate 74 to Route 39 West Boundary - Route 39 to Interstate 70 East Boundary - Interstate 65 to Interstate 465 South Boundary - Interstate 70 to Interstate 465 to Interstate 65 Note: The delineated area must conform with applicable regulations and must not unreasonably restrict comp -- OOM The space must be fully serviced and altered to meet the Federal Government's standards for Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. The space offered must be contiguous with a secured storage room. The temperature in the space must be above freezing temperatures at all times. The hangar must meet the following requirements: Tail entry Must be at least 1,100 square feet with and apron length of 50 feet Height restrictions on the apron (door) side 20'2" Exceed the tail height of a Cessna T206H 9'3.5" Need the ability to extend the width, and door width, with no columns The main door must open wide enough to move the aircraft in and out of the hangar
