Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Veterans Benefits Administration intends to negotiate solely with C-CAT, Inc., 2511 Bloyd Ave, Indianapolis, IN 46218, for the phase II installation of cabling at the VA Regional Office located in Indianapolis, IN. The prospective procurement will be a firm-fixed price contract. The NAICS for this action is 238210. The Government intends to award a sole source contract for this requirement in accordance with FAR 6.302-2 (b)(2), due to urgent and compelling reasons. This is not a request for proposals or an announcement of a forthcoming solicitation. Request for copies of this solicitation will not be honored or acknowledged. All interested parties must respond within seven (7) calendar days from the date of this notice. Written responses must provide clear and concise documentation indicating your firm's capability to provide the required urgent installation of the cable at the VA Regional Office located in Indianapolis, IN. Telephone inquiries will not be honored.
