Description

The purpose of Amendment 01 is to provide a list of equipment by location. The attached Microsoft Office Word document includes a list of equipment by location to be included in this requirement. Specifically, Agilent Technologies is the only commercial vendor able to provide continuous support for all gas chromatography/mass spectrometers (GC/MS), liquid chromatography/mass spectrometers (LC/MS), and Open Lab Enterprise Content Manager (ECM) equipment used in the DOD laboratories. Agilent is the only known source capable of providing personnel, who have original equipment manufacturers (OEM) training to perform service and upgrades on the GC/MS, LC/MS, and ECM equipment, with a minimum of two years experience servicing this equipment in high volume production facilities. Additionally, Agilent is the only known source that can provide the required telephonic support, maintenance support with OEM parts, software and hardware updates and upgrades with guaranteed response and repair times that are critical for the DOD drug testing laboratories ™ continued operation to meet their mission.
